| Welcome to YA Hunter |
Welcome to YA Hunter! I'm excited to have you visit my blog. I'm an educator in the public school system with students who are cognitively disabled. I've always wanted to blog and often daydreamed about starting my own blog to share my love of books and meet other people who read as voraciously as I do. For years I read strictly mystery and adult literature. However, once I finished college and began my career I stopped reading as I had little time to indulge in my pastime. Fast forward to 2011 when a lovely colleague of mine persuaded me to get a Kindle Fire. Once I brought the Fire I began reading regularly. With my Kindle I could carry an entire library of books. This was a huge bonus as I carry quite a bite of stuff to work daily. After my Kindle Fire I brought the Kindle Touch which I enjoyed immensely as I don't drive and often read at the bus stop and on the bus. The Kindle Fire while sleek and multi functional, is not the best device to read if reading in direct sunlight. Why am I telling you this? Well I don't read hard copies any longer. One of my main reasons for wanting to blog is the fact that there aren't many exclusive ebook bloggers. I thought that it would be nice to have a blog dedicated to ereaders and ebooks. My first review will follow shortly.
